- Orders placed outside business hours are handled on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Domestic Delivery (if applicable): 5–7 business days.
- International Delivery: 14–21 business days, subject to customs clearance and location.
Delays caused by customs, weather, or couriers may affect delivery time. Use tracking for live updates.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.
- Free shipping available on eligible items and regions.
- Express shipping may be offered at an added cost.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once dispatched.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Check status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
5. Customs & Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any additional duties or taxes not included in your Cvreoz.uk payment.
- Customs fees, VAT, and local charges must be paid by the recipient.
- Unclaimed or refused shipments due to unpaid fees are refunded minus shipping.
- Cvreoz.uk is not liable for customs processing delays.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While Cvreoz.uk isn’t responsible once an order is in transit, we’re happy to help resolve delivery problems.
- Check with neighbors or your local postal service if a package is marked delivered but not received.
- File claims with the courier for lost or stolen items.
- Keep all packaging if your item is damaged and contact us immediately.
7. Address Issues
Make sure your address details are correct. Cvreoz.uk is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.
- Contact us right away to change your address before your order is shipped.
- Orders already in transit cannot be redirected.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to failed delivery, incorrect address, or refusal, we offer the following options:
- Re-shipment: We’ll resend the package after additional shipping costs are paid.
- Refund: Refund will be issued minus original shipping charges.
